Baseball Bat Meets Face At MLB Game

Hmmm…I can see the comment i left last night on my screen here, but for some reason it’s not “taking”. So I’m going to try leaving it again:

Holy. Fetching. Fetch.
This is awesome. This is far beyond awesome. This is so awesome it makes me want to puke all over myself. And cry at the same time.

There are so many things to take in in this photo. Obviously dude getting cuh-LOCKED in the grill with a bat is…stunning. But compare and contrast the various reactions - check out the two little girls in the bottom left. The one with pigtails is diving out of the way as if a rabid grizzly is hot on her tail - the husky redhead is just like “Meh - where’s the cotton candy guy.” Now check out the women in the upper left. The one in the blue shirt is LITERALLY throwing food in her OWN face in an effort to escape while her friend in the striped tank top looks like she’s frozen in time - not even lifting a finger to get out of the way.

But hands down the best part is the little girl in pink in the left of the picture - she is seriously reaching out towards the bat as if she is looking into the face of God. So freaking awesome. I love that little kid. And zero kudos to the guy to her left who is literally pushing her into the path of the bat in an effort to further distance himself from potential harm. You’re a regular Braveheart, pal - hang your head in shame.

What a crazy pic!! Amazing. So sad though.

Ouch! I bet this guy got some $$ for catching this moment in action.
